Engine and Performance
Benz c180 Cabriolet has a 1.6-liter, inline 4-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine. The hood of the car automatically opens up with the help of the hydraulics as soon as the lock is released. The engine creates a maximum power of 154 horsepower at 5300 rpm, along with a maximum torque of 250 Nm within the range of rpm 1250 -4000. The vehicle was designed to give the maximum power output within a small rpm range. It's easier to design since it has a turbocharged engine. The Cabriolet has a nine-speed automatic transmission system known as 9G Tronic. It also has a mild hybrid system to increase the fuel economy. The fuel tank has a capacity of 41 liters. It consumes 1 liter of fuel within 14-15 kilometers, depending on the driving style. As the vehicle is a little bit heavy, a large fuel economy can't be expected.
